DESCRIPTION:Hear from the experts about voter access\, protection & securing the vote for the 2022 election season. Changes to VA Election Laws since 2020 to enhance voting rights have broadened our voting choices including same day voter registration that goes into effect on Oct 1. \nPlease join Dulles Area Democrats for an election panel focused on voting in Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.  Our guest speakers will include: \nDelegate David Reid (HD-32\, Loudoun County) – member of the Privileges and Elections Committee of the House of Delegates where Democrats developed the legislation that took Virginia from the 49th worst to the 12th best state in the nation in which to vote. \nThe Honorable Kate Hanley – Former Secretary of the Commonwealth and current Democratic member of the Fairfax County Board of Elections\, overseeing the conduct of elections in Fairfax County\, including preparation of ballots\, administration of absentee ballot provisions\, conduct of elections\, and the ascertaining of election results. \nRobert S Moses – Democratic member of the Loudoun County Board of Elections\, charged with ensuring the proper and orderly conduct of elections in Loudoun County. \nDownload Flyer
